My husband and I booked our honeymoon in July 2009 with Letsgo2 to travel to St Lucia in April 2010 unfortunately the volcanic ash had other ideas and our departure was delayed. The service from Letsgo2 was appalling, it wasn't until the afternoon of the day before our flight they eventually confirmed the flight was cancelled they gave us a choice to re-schedule or a full refund, it was our honeymoon so we asked to be re-scheduled. They said they would confirm but in reality we had to chase them and even call the hotel ourselves to confirm re-scheduling was possible so that we could make arrangements with work commitments. When they eventually called back to confirm the new arrangements we were told we would have to pay just under £80 extra, we were told it was a charge from the hotel.
We asked the hotel whether this was correct and we received confirmation that no extra charge was made. We contacted British Airways who also said no extra charge was made. Letsgo2 claim it was the difference in exchange rates even though we had paid in full earlier in the year, they now still claim it is the hotel charge and will not refund the money. Letsgo2 eventually sent us a £50 voucher which we politely returned because in all honesty we would not book with them again if you paid us to. The travel rep could not even be bothered to visit us or make herself available. There was no communication for our return journey when BA decided to schedule a strike and the volcano decided to cause problems again, the tickets were sent incorrectly and we eventually had to download them. I honestly would not recommend this company.

We have previously booked with Letsgo2 so decided again. I had been searching on the net for about a week (prior to date) for Hotel RENDEZVOUS St Lucia, went onto LETSGO2 who were quoting £2907 for A/I in a Luxury O/Front Room for 10 nights in December 2010. I continued to search the web and on Friday 5/3/10 they will still quoting the same prices so I rang to book the holiday. The Sales Assistant wet through the holiday, quoted £3636 I told her I was looking at their website which was quoting £2970. I was put on hold and then was told that she had to check with her manager and would call me back in the next few minutes. The call never came!!! I called back and spoke with Gemma who told me there was a fault on the system and the price she had quoted was correct.
I spoke to her Manager CHRIS WARD who told me that there had been a problem with the quotes for that hotel and that he had known about it all day and was trying to rectify it! He would not honour the quote and would not even offer me any reduction in the price even though it was their fault and it had ONLY been brought to their attention when I called to book the holiday. Although Chris was insistent that he had known about the error all day - which is contrary to what Gemma stated - who (quote) is "with all disrespect a sales girl". At 2255hrs the LETSGO2 website had been updated and the price that GEMMA had quoted me of £3636 had now increased for exactly the same holiday to £4428! I leave you all with this thought - YOU MIGHT WANT TO THINK TWICE ABOUT BOOKING WITH LETSGO2 ETC ETC as within the space of 3 hours they can double their prices?? - LOOK ELSEWHERE - believe me you can find it cheaper. Even after being told I was getting a discount at £3636 - DESTINOLOGY was cheaper! We have now booked our holiday with Carribean Warehouse and the service was excellent.

This has to be the worse company you could ever book flights/vacations with.
The company appears to use a call centre in India and after 17 telephone calls to customer service I finally got my tickets but guess what - because of their insisting that I send a photocopy of the front and back of my passport before they would issue tickets - suddenly I had unauthorised amounts being taken out of my account!!
Do NOT ever book with this company unless you want to lose lots of your money!
