French Coast Villas Ltd (trading as Susan Paradise Villas and Brittany Travel) require as part of their booking conditions that all passengers are adequately insured for villa rental holidays. Owners are required to insure their properties for holiday rentals which covers them for problems with the property whilst they are not in residence. This insurance does not cover them for damage by their customers whilst on holiday. To protect our owners and yourselves we require all of our customers to be insured for 'personal liability'.
